Choose your Companion

Through this page, you can access a network of qualified mental health professionals who work with Healing on the Move across different regions and contexts. All therapists have experience in psychosocial support and are familiar with the realities of humanitarian work, including exposure to crisis, displacement, and sustained operational pressure.

You are invited to review the profiles and choose the therapist you feel most comfortable working with. Sessions can be booked directly based on your availability and preferences.

This service provides a confidential and non-judgmental space where you can reflect on your experiences, speak openly about challenges, and receive support. Staff often use these sessions to address stress, burnout, emotional fatigue, difficult field experiences, or the impact of work on personal life.

The support offered is short-term and psychosocial. It focuses on stabilization, processing, and strengthening coping capacities, rather than long-term psychotherapy. If additional or more specialized support is needed, the therapist can help guide appropriate referrals.

All sessions are strictly confidential and are not shared with UNICEF or management.

This service is designed to be flexible and responsive, allowing you to access support when needed, in a way that fits your context.
