SUMUD

Lebanon, Palestine & Syria Support

Weaving traumatic experiences into a broader story of strength, processing a range of emotions rooted in collective legacies and larger goals.

The project

This space, Sumud, exists for all of you to share your feelings and experiences, and for us to listen to one another. We know how hard and overwhelming it can be to carry everything on your own. That's why we're inviting you to be part of this space. Here, you can tell your stories and hear from others going through similar situations.

Together, we’ll hold each other up and draw strength from one another. At the same time, Sumud will be a space where we can share ways to manage anxiety and fear that might affect our daily lives. There are 2 ways for you to join the project: One on one trauma-informed therapy sessions and emotional support groups.

Sumud is not just a space for talking—it's a place where we can feel we’re not alone, and where we can strengthen hope and resilience together. We’re here to listen and support each other as much as we can.
